Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tQlendar, provided by TrueLinq. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
tQlendar lets you create shared calendars, log daily entries, invite collaborators, and view simple reports. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
- You may need to sign in with Google or Apple to use the app.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the app under the laws of your country.
3. Your content
- You retain ownership of the calendars, entries, and notes you create.
- You grant us a limited license to host, store, sync, and display that content solely to operate the service.
- If you invite collaborators, you are responsible for what you share with them.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
- Use the app to harass others or violate applicable laws.
- Misuse invitation or sharing features to spam or collect personal data without consent.
5. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services such as Google or Apple sign-in and Firebase cloud infrastructure. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
6. Availability
We aim to keep tQlendar reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueLinq and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion via our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
